Dubai is on my list for sure – I’m pumped to see you hit 100 000K!
Please make video about Dubai alternative, where we can live by setting up company & get residence permit
First of all, none of the alternatives beat Dubai’s offer, but here are some alternatives that allow you to get residence permit easily by paying lower fees than in Dubai: mexico, antigua and barbuda, nicaragua, argentina, malaysia, thailand, cambodia.
A Labuan company in Malaysia is probably the closest option, but it will involve a multi company structure and using the Labuan company in Malaysia as a holding company and using like a US LLC, UK LLP, or a Cayman’s company, or maybe a company that is not domiciled, but which is tax resident in Malta, or possibly Jersey or Guernsey, but in terms of living in the same location that you get personal residence, the UAE is probably your best bet because you can bring workers in there at a far lower cost than the Cayman Islands or Bahamas, or BVI. Labuan in Malaysia is probably the next best bet, and even a trading company there is only a 3% tax rate. Obtaining banking is the big issue for most of the traditional island style tax havens, which is why Jersey and Guernsey, and the Isle of Man could make sense because they have banking, but honestly a US LLC operating company managed in a tax treaty country where the place of incorporation and not the place of management is where it is considered tax resident, with a Labuan holding company is probably going to be your best bet so long as your employees are not in the US. It might involve the holding company also owning an employee services company too, but those work best when you can offer that as a service to many other companies too, but you will still need transfer pricing studies. Even in Dubai the odds are you will want a UK LLP or US LLC as a billing company, or maybe both.
Probably saint Lucia,monaco

Glad you say Switzerland was expensive. It is way too crowded with foreigners!
When I saw this video, you were at 99.9kk subs. Congratz on the 100k man!
Honestly, you might be eligible for a gifted citizenship in the UAE. You’ve done a lot of contribution to the country as far as advertising and assisting hundreds of your clients move there and move assets there.
No he is useless
Bro there are hidden tax, that is the high cost for majority of the people of global south, for the westerners its nice place though
Thanks for sharing finally the truth. It was very hot when I was there. It’s impossible to live there for me. As well they are crazy about AC and they make it so cold in buses and metro. The same about some taxi drivers, but them you can at least ask to make it cooler. And sure between building there is sand, it lack of green for sure. And of course for regular people is so expensive.
I’ve chosen Dubai, Portugal and Mexico as my places to reside part time.
What about Thailand?? 😀
I’d rather Dubai than Canada…where I am now.
I just came back from Dubai after a few weeks in July / August and I loved the temperature. 42C to 48C and it was amazing. I love the heat.
stay in a sauna dude
I have been in Dubai before and the only thing I didn’t like is the weather. It’s cooking there !
You went there FOR VACATION!!! Big difference!
@@janjan55555 Not really. I’ve been to lots of hot places as I always fly north for the winter. It doesn’t bother me at all. It’s not that much hotter than Houston or Singapore. It’s only that hot for a couple months a year.
@@michaelwebsternz Dude, having visited Middle East plenty of times, and especially this year with an exceptional heat bubble! Minimum temperature 29 Maximum Temperature 46 degrees celcius, in Baghdad ! Too much is too much, that coupled with Humidity is extreme! And no way you can compare Singapore /Houston to Persian Gulf in peak summer!
Dubai isn’t that expensive. It’s comparable to Auckland, NZ. Cheaper the Sydney, Australia. It covers all extremes of things to do and consume from cheap to exclusive.
If you buy from the right places there you can easily find most food and clothing half the price of the equivalent in Australia
Hey youre in NZ? Same here and yeah auckland is expense asf
It’s expensive compared to the average salary. In NZ people earn way more. Dubai is not the right place if you are an employee.
@@kevinp8027 Disagree, many people are just employees there. The package includes the essentials.
@@michaelwebsternz There is a difference between living in Dubai and surviving in Dubai. If you live in a very small apartment, drive a low average car, and work every day to pay for the “essentials”, then you are just surviving in Dubai.
What about the lack of work balance, the nationality discrimination, horrible traffic, indirect tax?
If you run your own business most of this is taken care of except the traffic
@@WealthyExpat Not the case for small businesses! I had my own business there and the license fee for starting a business was too expensive and people tend to take business license from Fujairah and other emirates. Also not to forget the cost of shipping products into the country and with customers who believe in discount culture, most businesses can’t survive unless they have huge sales turnover like a big company like Majid al futtaim, lals etc
I am really happy for you bro, you are doing well, and I hope you continue with your success.
What do you do for living?
Great Video!! Thank You! How much money should I have to move to UAE?
And how much should I earn every month? Have a nice day the person reading this
Hey Rafael do banks have issues with p2p local bank transfers to a newer account for over $1m
Congrats dude on 100K awesome info
Hi, thanks for the video, and wanted to mention that the golf name is Persian, “Persian Golf”
Arabian Gulf; guess how many Arab countries on the gulf compared 1 isolated pariah state called Iran
Just for the record, uae is no longer tax free. Starting June 2023, all companies are paying corporate tax of 9% based on their income
Let’s not forget sales tax which is due to be increased again
he already said it in the video
No personal income tax still
Well details matter there is a threshold in profits that needs to be achieved in order for that tax rate to kick in
00:00 🌍 Dubai and the UAE attract global millionaires due to favorable tax policies.
1:59 🌞 Consider the weather in Dubai, especially the hot summer; staying 90 days/year suffices for tax residency.
3:21 💰 Dubai focuses on attracting high-net-worth individuals, offering 0% tax, networking, and growth opportunities.
5:00 💸 While Dubai can be perceived as expensive, the tax savings outweigh costs, comparable to other global financial hubs.
6:09 🛫 Suggested approach: Use Dubai as a tax base, spend a few months per year, and diversify with multiple bases worldwide.
